Great experience with Auction Direct USA The first time on the lot my wife and I spoke with Joe Peoples. Joe was very personable, patient, and seemed to be knowledgeable about the inventory. The first time on the lot my wife and I spoke with Joe Peoples. Joe was very personable, patient, and seemed to be knowledgeable about the inventory. More importantly, he never tried to sell me something we didn't want (kudos). After looking around a bit at some other dealerships, we returned to Auction Direct USA, because it felt like a good fit. We found a great car for my wife at a really good price, (2018 Toyota Camry, through True Car car buying service). It rained all day on the day we purchased the vehicle and didn't notice some of the issues the car had. However, once we noticed them we immediately let Joe know and he and Jeff ensured us that everything would taken care of. Needless to say, they did exactly what they promised to do, and the service department did an amazing job! My wife is very satisfied, which makes life good.
