Walking i This was our 2nd time purchasing a used car at Auction Direct and this experience was even better than the first (which was pretty amazing). Walking in the door, you're greeted by a pleasant receptionist who immediately engages you in a pleasant manner and gets you with your sales associate within 30 seconds! They have a large Mission board that informs you of the all the details - no need to haggle on price as each car is sold $399 above the suggested dealers price. Many of the cars are further marketed down so you get an exceptional deal. We meet Joe Peoples, our sales consultant and knew immediately he was a match for us. He listened intently to what we were looking for and our budget. He showed us a few cars, then recommend two that fit all the boxes we were hoping for - one was a luxury sedan and the other a luxury sports car. At first my husband and I each liked a different car, but after talking with Joe and him sharing his wealth of automobile knowledge we test drove both cars and I decided we needed the luxury sports car my husband liked best - 2017 Nissan Maxima Platinum! What a dream. Joe worked with us for 2 days making sure we were thrilled with our decision and then introduced to Jeff Pearson who went to work getting us the best deal on a car loan. Jeff was very easy to work with and spent time reviewing all the options available to us. We were very pleased with the loan and monthly cost he was able to get for us! We had the pleasure of working with the "Automotive Dream Team!". But, that's not the end of our story, Kevin Condon, General Manager came over to meet us and talk to us about our experience. He was very caring, professional and truly was interested in our story. It's obvious that Kevin runs an amazing organization hiring exceptional people. Truly an amazing experience and one that I totally embrace sending friends too! More

Great Experience Selling my Car After taking my car to dealer for ABS warning light, and telling them that I was planning on selling the car, they said it was ABS module and it would After taking my car to dealer for ABS warning light, and telling them that I was planning on selling the car, they said it was ABS module and it would be $850 repair. I said I'm going to see if I can get a good price with problem ABS model, they quoted me an offer and said it was the best I would get with that broken after $116 diagnostic charge. I did Kelly Blue Book value on line,then went to Auction Direct, and I was up front Joe, even showing him the quote on ABS parts and service from the dealer. I didn't tell him the dealer's offer price. This is a great place to sell old vehicles! More

However, when I arrived, I was surprised to see the place was packed with people (I took a a good sign). Joe Peoples could not have been more helpful, friendly and professional. I first went in with a family member to sell their car, but ended up returning a few days later to sell my car. Joe remembered me and was very friendly. The price was lower than I would have liked (my car was 11 years old with more than 177,000 miles), but more than others offered, and the process was so easy! The little bit I believe I would have received from a private sale was not worth the trouble. I will come here over a dealer to buy my next car. More
