We'd been to a couple of other dealerships before stumbling upon Auction Direct and Joe was more up-front about the price (which was cheaper than other dealerships) and went out of his way to help us understand the process of purchasing a car and some of the quirks around it in North Carolina. The car that we ended up buying was in great condition, and there was no pressure from Joe at all to make a purchase. To add to that he even made himself available to answer additional questions we had after buying the car, which was very much appreciated. I can't recommend both the dealership and Joe enough. More

Not all that honest I purchased my car from Auction Direct -Glenwood Ave. in Raleigh, NC. I really liked the deal and the salesperson. 5 weeks after my purchase, I a I purchased my car from Auction Direct -Glenwood Ave. in Raleigh, NC. I really liked the deal and the salesperson. 5 weeks after my purchase, I attempted to start my car. The battery was dead. I took it to a parts store to find out the problem, and it was indeed a bad battery. I looked at my paperwork, and it stated that Auction Direct does a 26 point inspection(part of the inspection was a battery test). After speaking with someone at the parts store, it was apparent that the battery was bad when Auction Direct stated that they had conducted a test. After calling the service department, I was informed by the service person, that the battery is not under warrant, and there was nothing he would do. I tried to explain that I did not want anything except to say that perhaps Auction Direct should not say that they inspect the car, and that the battery passed inspection, when you could test the battery and warn the new owner that they would have to account for a new battery because the one presently in the car has a low cell. But, before I could explain the person disconnected the line. For this reason I would warn anyone purchasing a vehicle from Auction Direct. More

Tom wasn't even my salesman but he also went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed to make the visit pleasurable and comfortable during waiting periods.
