The service department AND untruthful statements and promises that were made by the sales team that eventually came to light changed this experience completely. 1. Contacting a service rep to schedule promises that were made by the sales team that eventually came to light changed this experience completely. 1. Contacting a service rep to schedule an appointment only to find out a day before it was never scheduled. I should have known this by his nonchalant attitude and him not even bothering to ask or confirm my contact information, I had to ask "do you know my name and contact? He said Yep" Again, the appointment was never scheduled in their system. I only found out by calling to confirm myself. This delayed promised repairs another week due to my schedule. 2. Contacting service/parts to confirm part was available only to find out the part they said they were never delivered. 3. Finally arriving for the confirmed service appointment to be told the job would be completed in 45-mins to 1- hour to later be notified it would take 4-5 hours. Called 5 hours later for update since i never received one after the promised time to be told that it would NOW take to end of business. 4.Told I would be sent a link for a complimentary Uber ride back, since it is now finally complete. Never received the link. Paid $25.00 for a day full of run around and missed appointments. Of course the sales side would be great with misinformation pertaining to this service experience. Once you drive off and they have the sale, the customer service side of it just greatly diminished and was non existent. I understand things happen, things take time. It has to be done correctly yes... But this is simply just NOT customer service focused. Had the proper information been provided and communicated this all could have been avoided and scheduled around accordingly. But due to the disregard for my time or even my business is enough for me to recognize I don't need to return to this location. ***NOTE*** I also received my vehicle back with scratches on the interior while it was serviced today at this location.
