Great Experience Great Deal! My wife was in a car accident and was driving a Volvo. The Highway patrol commented how lucky she was that she was driving a Volvo. She was at a stop light and T Boned on the drivers side. We were very lucky that day and contribute much of that to the vehicle she was driving. The car needed to be replaced and we were not thinking of anything but a Volvo. The staff and management at Naples Volvo were very professional and easy to work with previously so we went in to replace the vehicle and came home with two new Volvo's. Follow up after the sale has been exceptional. The GM was on top of everything they did, even as time was getting near the end of the day. We will continue to do business with Naples Volvo and recommend them to our friends. More

Ashley Ferdinand and his team were very helpful in resolving my issue and getting me into the new Volvo XC90 that I wanted right away. The only thing I would suggest for improvement would be for the team to be upfront and informative of Volvo manufacturing promotions. I had to bring this information to the team which created an environment of a little distrust on my part. Over all, I would suggest Ashley and the team to people I know, yet advise them to do their own homework as well for getting the fairest price for the vehicle they are looking to purchase. I gave them 4 stars which I always do when filling out a survey since I save the 5th star for people who go above and beyond. They are still an excellent deanship and I would buy from them again. More

Spencer also went above and beyond to help me purchase this car including coming in on his day off and having the car detailed and serviced prior to purchase! And the car I purchased wasn’t even a Volvo! This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.
