The service was very good, the sales person was knowledgeable however the post sales written correspondence was addressed to my husband although I was the person buying the car. I purchased the car but did not have time to go through the technical details at that time. I did make an appointment to come back a few days later - the sales rep was ill and we waited for about 45 minutes before someone came by to tell us she was not at work and another person would help us. That was fine - although it didn't appear that this person and the person who sold me the car communicated as I subsequently received an email asking me to make an appointment for the technical explanation. Despite these glitches, I love the car and would recommend the dealership.. More

Great Customer relations My family and I have been Volvo fans since early 2000; in Europe while serving in the military, we purchased our first S60 T-5 and then went to Sweden My family and I have been Volvo fans since early 2000; in Europe while serving in the military, we purchased our first S60 T-5 and then went to Sweden to watch our XC70 final inspection and receive the vehicle. In any case, we have purchased the S60R, S40. and even the 2017 XC90 fantastic vehicle. My wife wanted to trade in the XC90 for the new XC40. I will tell you I was greeted by a young man, Robert, who served in the military and saw my hat with military logos. I immediately had dialog with this man as I served 32 years and he knew our expectations on purchasing a new vehicle. We received a call the next morning that a deal fell through on a new 2019 XC40 and if we wanted to look at it to come in. My wife wanted the vehicle so the rest lead to meeting a bunch of professional and we didn't get hustled only great service. I salute Robert, Ron, Joe, all military and Theresa! It was a great experience and I ended up driving out with the beautiful Amazon Blue XC 40 off the showroom floor.(which somebody wanted to buy as they were walking in the dealership!!) Joe Pitingolo the new car sales manager & Joe Parisi who happens to be the owner couldn't have been nicer to work with as well. Ron Belson the business manager was also extremely helpful!
