Joe lives in Montgomery with his wonderful wife (Meredith) and two sons. He was born and raised in the northern suburbs of Cincinnati, and liked it so much that he never lived elsewhere. Joe was blessed to work for Ernst and Young for nearly six years before joining his father (Bob), sister (Carol), and brother-in-law (Doug) at their family business, Kings Ford. He enjoys time with his family, running, sports, and visiting Planet Snoopy at Kings Island.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS! Do not purchase a vehicle from Kings Ford. They are crooks. I was told I was buying a certified pre-owned vehicle to only have Casstrucci tell me th Do not purchase a vehicle from Kings Ford. They are crooks. I was told I was buying a certified pre-owned vehicle to only have Casstrucci tell me that the tires and alignment were both poor. Both of these items are supposed to be checked with a pre-owned vehicle. Not to mention the random popping noise in the transfer case and intermittent backup camera issues. Never again will I buy a Ford product. I went on YELP to see what their reviews are... horrible! I should have looked before I purchased a car there. Maybe this will save someone else from making a mistake. Half of the reviews here are probably from family members or friends since their YELP reviews are so low. I have filed a BBB Auto Line complaint and may have to seek litigation with them at this point. I have also logged a case with Ford regarding the lies told when I bought the car that the tires had to be at 6 32s and then today being told they only have to be at 5 32s. What is sad to me is that this dealership is willing to put kids in a car that was bought for $35k that has this many issues and poor tires. Very sad and unethical people here. More
