This dealership made my car buying experience so smooth and easy. Everyone was so helpful and explained the process from financing, extended warranties, the "bells and whistles" of the new SUV, amongst oth and easy. Deal happened quickly with few problems communication could have been a bit better, but nothing that made my experience negative. The Lexus dealer close to us didn't have the model we were looking for, so we extended our search radius. Living in Saint Charles, IL, we found it better to go west to Rockford than driving toward the ci were looking for, so we extended our search radius. Living in Saint Charles, IL, we found it better to go west to Rockford than driving toward the city. Anderson Toyota Lexus also had better inventory in this tight market. The sales Chris Beto and the manager Joe that we dealt with were sincere people, friendly and helpful. We purchased a new Lexus. Chris had it cleaned and detailed. The gas tank was full when the car was delivered to us. Chris helped us install the Lexus apps on our phone, and spent a good thirty minutes showing us how to operate the endless features on the big touch screen. Overall we had a pretty good experience with this dealer. In the future if we are to purchase another car, we'd consider going back. More

He took his time explaining everything was very professional We felt comfortable talking with him and he answered all our questions.Don Smith kept updating us on where the process was and they were as efficient as possible so we didn't feel like they were wasting our time me and my wife spend there total 45 minutes in and out plus I did a lot of research when I was purchasing this vehicle and they gave us best deal possible and that's what we feel what we were getting This was a stark contrast between other dealerships I had been to past 2 weeks where people avoided questions and actually didn't want to negotiate the price Plus the best part is We love our new car which they took great care of! I highly recommend buying your next car from Anderson Toyota dealership. More
