I was told it was a two day job. It turned into a four week project. I would request calls back and NEVER get them! I was lied to constantly about when my truck would be completed. I told them that I have week project. I would request calls back and NEVER get them! I was lied to constantly about when my truck would be completed. I told them that I have to rent a car in order to get back and forth to work. The answer I got was use your insurance. I told them I only get approved for a rental on the total hours it takes to complete the job which was three and a half weeks longer then it was suppose to take. Then to add insult to injury after waiting four weeks for a two day job and not being offered a vehicle they asked for the $100 deductible. At least have the courtesy and compassion to say that they are very sorry for the wait and no charge. Which by the way no one apologized for taking so long to complete the job! My appt was at 8 and to be an hour. They let “waiters” go ahead of me and my car was then rushed. They didn’t have time to review my lights staying on issue. We have bought two new cars in 2016 and 2017 and the sales experience was fantastic. Unfortunately I purchased a Ford 150 that needed a new engine at 4,000 miles and our Ford Explorer needed a new trans sales experience was fantastic. Unfortunately I purchased a Ford 150 that needed a new engine at 4,000 miles and our Ford Explorer needed a new transmission at 56,000 miles. Customer service in the service department was awful. Too much to list. More
