I had a disappointing experience with Newins Bay Shore Ford. I submitted an inquiry about a Ford Maverick, knowing it might be a long shot, but I was hopeful that the dealership would at least be willing Ford. I submitted an inquiry about a Ford Maverick, knowing it might be a long shot, but I was hopeful that the dealership would at least be willing to explore my options and see if we could make a deal. Instead, the salesperson, Tom Siraco, told me he had 45 years of experience and essentially dismissed the possibility without making any effort to discuss alternatives or see what might work. I was left feeling like I wasn’t even worth trying to help. What made the experience even more frustrating is that every other dealership I’ve contacted has invited me to come in, review my situation, and see what options were available. Whether a deal could be made or not, they were willing to give me a chance. Newins Bay Shore Ford didn’t extend that same courtesy. After 45 years in the business, I would expect a salesperson to be willing to work with customers instead of shutting them down over the phone. I understand that not every deal is possible, but customer service starts with making an effort. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. I hope they reconsider how they treat potential customers who are simply looking for an opportunity to see what can be done. More

Well, both of those new vehicle acquisitions were made possible by the courteous and professional staff at the Newins Ford Dealership in Bay Shore, Long Island, NY. My most recent Newins purchase was made on April 22nd, 2026 when I was put behind the wheel of a brand new Mustang Ecoboost convertible. Sales Manager, Matthew Stickney and Sales Consultant, Tom Siraco were the two fine gentlemen responsible for making this happen and they could not have done things any better.
