Everything went as I expected When we came in the car was registered. We met with a service rep and he was very courteous and efficient. The oil change and tire rotation took the e When we came in the car was registered. We met with a service rep and he was very courteous and efficient. The oil change and tire rotation took the expected amount of time. The rep explained everything about what services were performed. The only negative was that they forgot to reset the maintenance reminder light but we returned and another rep fixed it immediately. More

It was good Calling in my appointment, the girl was very professional/polite, Arriving at the Dealer Ship I was greeted in the garage by a female who along with e Calling in my appointment, the girl was very professional/polite, Arriving at the Dealer Ship I was greeted in the garage by a female who along with everyone at the service department was very professional and polite . Was advised of a time delay in case I wanted to leave and come back. Joe was pretty much on the money concerning the wait time. Very happy with what they do. More

I am not satisfied because I have a three year lease and maintenance is limited to two years. Leaving me with the responsibility of one year of maintenance on a vehicle that will be in the possession of th maintenance is limited to two years. Leaving me with the responsibility of one year of maintenance on a vehicle that will be in the possession of the dealer at the end of the contract. Not fair. More
