Disappointed Fantastic vehicle (Highlander Limited). Salesman Joe Santavicca was patient and informative. I was disappointed dealing with Tammy Tokarcik when s Fantastic vehicle (Highlander Limited). Salesman Joe Santavicca was patient and informative. I was disappointed dealing with Tammy Tokarcik when she told me I had to pay sales tax on the full price of the new car, and did not deduct the value of the vehicle I traded in. I’m still upset she did that. Otherwise it’s a good experience. I’d buy a car there again but prefer not to deal with Tammy. More

Great experience When i went to Toyota i was not sure what type of vehicle i wanted, all i knew was what my budget was. After looking at a few vehicles and talking wit When i went to Toyota i was not sure what type of vehicle i wanted, all i knew was what my budget was. After looking at a few vehicles and talking with Joe i was confident about what i was getting and that i was getting it for the best deal. He spoke to me with respect and clarity even though i was a younger male. He didnt try and take advantage of my lack of experience buying cars, in fact he used his knowledge and experience to help me the best that he could. If your looking for great customer service I recommend going to Toyota and speaking with Joe!! More

Had such a great experience at Toyota of Greensburg. Joe S and the entire Toyota family were very nice and courteous . Went to "other dealers " in last 3months and should have come here FIRST. The entire S and the entire Toyota family were very nice and courteous . Went to "other dealers " in last 3months and should have come here FIRST. The entire experience was great. I had a hassle free experience for the first time. I didn't feel like I was being "stalked" as was the case with the others. Everyone was very professional and courteous. You all made my car buying experience a truly great experience. Joe S was so knowledgeable about the vehicles. Would recommend that you make this your First and only place to go.
