David was very helpful in helping me with the transaction and finding me the best SUV for my needs. He was very knowledgeable and very understanding of what I needed to finalize the deal. I appreciate his f and finding me the best SUV for my needs. He was very knowledgeable and very understanding of what I needed to finalize the deal. I appreciate his follow up after the sale as well. He told me when I could expect delivery and the vehicle was ready for me. I also thought he did a great job of reviewing the options on the SUV and was very helpful in setting up the controls. A very good experience with the dealership . I also wanted to add that Honda sent me a couple of emails which include short videos to further explain the options on my vehicle and I really thought that was a great idea and I have purchased many cars in the past and had not seen that before. The team was great I was very comfortable purchasing a new car. I was so happy leaving the lot with the car but once I got home I realized a lot of imperfections that were pretty upsetting. The vehicle wa new car. I was so happy leaving the lot with the car but once I got home I realized a lot of imperfections that were pretty upsetting. The vehicle was sold as certified used so I was expecting the car to have 0 issues. The front driver side bumper is sticking out with glue in place of where it should be connected and the fender, entire front and rear bumper is completely dull. It has no shine to it, it has obvious dirt and sand marks under the paint, the paint does not match match, and has drip marks throughout the car. The car has obviously had some damage and repair done to it that was not shown on the carfax or been relayed to me. It is extremely upsetting because I was so excited and happy with my experience and I feel that I wasn’t 100% informed like I should have been. More
