Most parts of the dealership were great, the first finance guy was very rude and we left because of it. Ben Johnson called me and we decided to come back and finish the deal with a different finance g finance guy was very rude and we left because of it. The only other thing that was wrong was the paperwork that was sent to the tag agency had my last name wrong and on the the temporary tag. Didn't notice it until I went to put the metal tag on the vehicle. More

Joe Simmons did a superb job giving me ample time to drive and compare several potential models of Nissan cars. I used TrueCar in conjunction with my lender NFCU looking for a 2024 or 25 Frontier 4 seat KingCab. Bob Howard in OKC had one advertised but was sold even though they emailed me that morning that it was ther for a 2024 or 25 Frontier 4 seat KingCab. Bob Howard in OKC had one advertised but was sold even though they emailed me that morning that it was there. I broadened my search and decided to go with Jackie Cooper in Tulsa. Joe Simmons emailed me all the information and we actually negotiated price before I left to drive Tulsa. Joe Simmons is a Great person first and salesman second. Give him a raise!!! Sales Manager was not communicating a problem they had and left me hanging. Joe was not sure what the issue was. Also Nobody could tell me what TrueCar was and how it would relate to truck sale. I asked Joe to give me a couple of business cards so I could recommend him. I enjoyed most of the people I worked with. Joe was the highlight... a perfect 10!!! More
