Joseph was wonderful, but there was no mention of the previous owner being a smoker. They cleaned the car just enough to mask the odor initially. I cannot say I trust their sales team after my experience. More

I am very happy with my experience in buying my car from Hyman Bros. I worked with Joe Taylor. The car was exactly what I wanted but during the test drive, the tires seemed to vibrate. Joe had it checked out in the service department and they found the tires needed to be replaced. New tires were ordered and the car was ready the following day. Joe came in on his day off to complete the sale. I had an appraisal from Carmax that Joe and Thomas Hyman offered to honor so the entire transaction could take place at one time. I am very happy with my purchase! More
