Our first impression of this place was validated by the professionalism of every person we encountered. Joe was kind, patient and honest. He was very knowledgeable on every car we considered during our test drive. The only downside is I did not complete the purchase of the Audi I selected. That car had everything I wanted except the V6 engine and unfortunately their inventory did not have any A6's with that engine. We will keep this dealership at the top of the list when it is time to car shop for our daughters. I must add that my wife is extremely customer service conscious and she rates this place as an A+. So do I. More

Sent an inquiry on this Audi that showed a water pump replacement. Joe checked into it with a prompt reply. We made a visit to the dealer (A7s seem to be in short supply).
