We pull a fifth wheel camper & already had 4 trips booked for May & June. Joe Tedesco & Chris Klausz assured us they would do whatever it takes to make it happen. They even went so far as to tell us they would purchase a used vehicle for us to use if we could not get our new vehicle in time.. They ended up finding us an exact duplicate truck of the one we ordered in Delaware. They went & picked it up for us. We couldn't be happier, we got the truck one week before our first trip. I am just not sure as to whether I could have gotten a better price or not, but in no way is this a reflection on anyone who helped me; it is more my being unprepared as to costs, features, etc. and auto ads being so confusing, since I didn't shop around. For all I know, I may have gotten the best deal available anywhere. I simply decided to by a Buzz Chew Chevrolet because of the LI TV ad, and Buzz Chew reputation. However, I'm confident I received a great deal and am very happy that I purchased this vehicle, and will, most importantly, purchase here if I decide, or my needs dictate, that I need a new car. After having a miserable experience at Smithtown Saturn about six years ago, where I was literally tricked and lied to, and then cheated, this was the easiest and most pleasant experience I have ever had at an auto dealership and I am 72 years old. Thanks to everyone who was in any way responsible, especially Joe and Andy. I almost wish I could walk in tomorrow and buy another vehicle, just so I could go through the process again. More
