I was there last week for routine service on our 2019 XT5 and as usual, was most pleased with everyone and everything. The week before we purchased a new XT6 and traded in our 2018 CT6. It was a very long and uncertain time for me to get my new truck. I had to factory build it because of the production shutdowns. There was nothing close to what I needed anywhere! Other dealerships didn't new truck. I had to factory build it because of the production shutdowns. There was nothing close to what I needed anywhere! Other dealerships didn't even respond to my questions and requests! Anyway, I got in touch with Joe Tedesco at Buzz Chew and he helped me every way he could. He was a straight shooter. No surprises. Any questions I had, he answered and honestly too! I had to wait something along the line of 8 months longer than the anticipated arrival date of the truck. This had nothing to do with the dealership itself. This was purely a production issue on this model. Throughout the duration, Joe gave me the estimated arrival to the best of his knowledge. Of course the dates kept getting pushed back, again through no fault of Buzz Chew or Joe. It wasn't always the best news, but he was honest about it and always kept in touch. So finally last week my truck arrived. We had to sort some things out with the bank, and I had to send all of my required documents (which he lead me through step by step). When I finally got to meet Joe, it was a pleasure. I couldn't believe how quick and streamlined the process was. He showed me the truck. He knew it through and through. There were no surprises. One small thing was missing, but again, it was a production issue and I was not charged for it. There was no hacky trying to get you to add this and that. Just an honest salesman! Waiting for it to be built was obviously frustrating, but it was out of everyone's hands. I'm glad I stuck with Joe and waited it out. I like doing business with good people, especially when they get things done and done properly. I walked in and drove out of there in less than an hour. No wonder they're the number one dealership. Hopefully I'll be in a position where I can work with Joe again soon! More
