Joseph is a gentleman, who treated me as a family member during the entire experience. He knows the specifications and nuances of the vehicles produced by GM. When asked about the vehicle I was interested in, I gave him the laundry list of details. We then went into the sales lot where my new Blue Silverado 3500HD Duromax was waiting for me to purchase. I’ve had my fair share of experience with other salesmen at other dealers but none like Joe, he was patient (as I brought my newly walking toddler with me to shop) and listened to my exact needs and wants while further explaining the cost differences between different trucks and packages. This is THE FIRST time I have ever left a dealership with the confidence and understanding that they were not trying to pull a fast one on me or overcharge. Joe went above and beyond to find the perfect vehicle for myself and my family and even took the extra time to find me the best deal as far as rebates he was able to apply $11k in rebates and gave me a great value for my trade in! The credit application process was seamless and I was literally driving my new set of “Mom Wheels” within 5 days of browsing even with them having to transport it from another dealer on Long Island.
