I leased a Toyota Highlander in April of 2023 at Holman Toyota in Mount Laurel. It was a low mileage lease of 12,000 mi/year. Midway through the lease, during a routine maintenance visit, a service write Toyota in Mount Laurel. It was a low mileage lease of 12,000 mi/year. Midway through the lease, during a routine maintenance visit, a service writer stated that all of the tires exhibited excessive wear and two tires qualified as bald. I asked about the warranty as I had purchased the excessive tire wear and wheel protection plan. I was informed that there was no warranty on the tires. I later learned the Protection plan was for the end of the lease. Since Holman didn't warrant the tires, I turned to Toyota who also didn't warrant their "factory installed" tires. I contacted the tire manufacturer who again stated there was no warranty but they would prorate the tires and comp me 50% but I would still have to pay in excess of $800 as it was a AWD vehicle and all tires should be replaced to assure the traction control worked properly and to prevent damage to the drive train. I went back to Holman and wrote to Mindy Holman for assistance. Their customer experience department reached out to me and assured me they would handle it to my complete satisfaction. At the end of the day, They comped me two tires and called it a day. When I questioned the safety issue of only putting on two new tires, I was told that the other two tires SHOULD GET ME TO THE END OF MY LEASE. The service department didn't address the issue of traction control or drive synchronization. I again emailed Toyota's customer service department and their response was that they've been in contact with Holman Toyota of Mount Laurel and are satisfied with their action. They consider the case CLOSED! Moral of the story: While I agree that Holman Toyota has nothing to do with the parts or the way they were installed on my Toyota Highlander at the end of the day, they are shilling for Toyota. In that regard, they've failed miserably. Their customer experience department should change their name or it should close and save the company more money! My customer experience is poor and I can't wait for me lease to end! Another issue that concerned me: no one seemed interested in the performance of the drive train to explain why the wores wore so severely. There was no interest in checking out the telematics to view driver performance to see if I was driving hard. Just throw a few shekels at me and send me away! More

Service & personnel were fine . .. sales personnel were dishonest and rude!! While my car was serviced I asked for information about buying a Toyota Platinum VSA and was instead give .. sales personnel were dishonest and rude!! While my car was serviced I asked for information about buying a Toyota Platinum VSA and was instead given "The Mechanic" information & pricing with no indication that it wasn't a Toyota product. This action by your Finance Personnel is misleading and dishonest!! Afterward went to another Toyota Dealer to purchase the actual Toyota Platinum VSA for $1400 less covering 25k more Miles than what your finance representative quoted for "The Mechanic" coverage!!! While still waiting for my car to be serviced I discovered online that "The Mechanic" warranty was not a Toyota product and was poorly rated so I confronted one of your salespersons, who became belligerent and rude!! Although your service personnel were good, I would never consider buying anything from your dealership!! More

Our Salesperson Meghan was very professional, she kept us informed during the entire order and wait process. Very happy with the entire process. I purchase all the fleet vehicles for my company and have found it difficult to find any dealerships that are performing on a professional level after covid. I highly recommend Holman Toyota they are doing a fantastic job of navigating all of the difficulties of the industry, and resulting in a very pleasant experience from start to finish for the customers. I started with Holman Toyota several years ago and was fortunate to be assisted by Ms. Jane Silker. She was a fine example of a trustworthy salesperson by assisting and not pressuring us with our lease. fortunate to be assisted by Ms. Jane Silker. By the time my lease expired and to my chagrin, Ms. Silker retired and we were introduced to Mr. Phil Bricker. He did his best by listening to our prior experience with Ms. Silker , and what we were looking for and delivered more than what was asked. For this lease, we were aware of our advantage regarding the equity in our vehicle so my wife and I visited several dealerships from other automakers for their offers before returning to Holman Toyota. When we spoke with our salesman Mr. Bricker he was confident that he could meet or exceed what others offered. After examining our returning vehicle, Mr. Bricker put together a deal that inspired my wife and I to turn in our leased vehicle instead of waiting until August when the lease was to expire. We are very happy with the quality of the vehicles that we have leased from Holman Toyota, their sales staff and the service provided to keep our cars running. I will be most happy to brag about my car to friends and family amd will recommend that they go to Holman Toyota for their next purchase. More
