Our Salesperson Meghan was very professional, she kept us informed during the entire order and wait process. Very happy with the entire process. I purchase all the fleet vehicles for my company and have found it difficult to find any dealerships that are performing on a professional level after covid. I highly recommend Holman Toyota they are doing a fantastic job of navigating all of the difficulties of the industry, and resulting in a very pleasant experience from start to finish for the customers. I absolutely enjoyed my experience working with Meghan and Holman Toyota yesterday in financing my new 2020 RAV4 Hybrid. Meghan was extremely helpful and answered every single question I had in detail, es and Holman Toyota yesterday in financing my new 2020 RAV4 Hybrid. Meghan was extremely helpful and answered every single question I had in detail, especially since I am a first-time car owner. She was helpful in all parts of the process, from weighing options, to explaining differences, applying for loans, insurance, explaining the car features to me, and all of the other processes. She was extremely patient and displayed a positive and helpful attitude throughout the entire visit. In terms of going through the financing part of the visit, Chris was very well-suited to explain everything to me and offered me an enjoyable experience in buying my first car. He displayed a helpful attitude, did what he could to make this process quick and easy, and offered me every opportunity to ask questions.
