They had my car for 3 weeks but didn't communicate at all for the first 2 weeks. I had to call them daily and they could not give me an update. Only could say a technician was assigned. When car was finally fixed total bill was over $4000 and they didn't offer any type of rebate and inly a very small discount for the lack of follow through. A rebate or some type of olive branch would have gone a long way to providing some piece of mind More

My truck spent 8 business days in your shop with nothing done. I messaged Matthew my service provider asking for updates or if it had even been in for the transmission diagnosis only to be ignored. I spent over 1,000$ in rentals just for the business days for nothing to be done. More

Service rep wouldn't return my calls. Had to contact my salesman to get him to see about the status of my car. Service rep acted like it was a hastle to get me a loaner car. He waited till the end of the day to get me a loaner when I told him that I needed a loaner after I droped the car off first thing in the morning and explained to him if the repair was going to take longer than that day i would need a loaner. Ever one else was helpful except the service rep Armond. More
