Truck broke down within 6 hours of owning it. Dealership didn’t pick up truck till 3-4 days later to fix the problem. Then took 2 weeks with the same “we don’t know what’s wrong yet” answer. Had Dealership didn’t pick up truck till 3-4 days later to fix the problem. Then took 2 weeks with the same “we don’t know what’s wrong yet” answer. Had to send the truck to ford. Ford fixed it within 2-3 days. The sales side of this dealership is only looking for your money and when they have it. They do not care at all about you. The rental they gave me had weed all over the passenger side seat and was dirty. Had to detail it myself before I could go to work. More

They had the exact corvette I wanted and were quick to help us. Even let me test drive it when other dealerships just looked at me funny. I was at the Serra dealership in jackson tn for 45 minutes. The men that worked on my car did not put the plastic sheet on my seat before doing the work needed. Consequently, there was mud in the floor board that ran down to my step sides. The door panel was cov sheet on my seat before doing the work needed. Consequently, there was mud in the floor board that ran down to my step sides. The door panel was covered in grease handprints and there was a spot of black grease in my driver's seat. The exterior panel between the windows was covered in grease. The service dept supervisor had my car cleaned, but when I picked it up the grease spot in the seat grew to 3 to 4 inch diameter. The sales manager stepped in and had my car detailed and finally my seat was cleaned correctly. At one point when entering the service department, it was completely empty of employees. 3 customers were waiting for assistance but no one was available. My vehicle is 10 months old, the service department should be more considerate when working on the customer's vehicles. I was not kept informed about the status of my car during the week it was at the dealership. Ultimately had to involve the sales manager, 4 sales personnel and the service manager during this ordeal. The service manager is planning to address my issues with his employees to improve the service department experience. More
