Having need for a new car, I called Joe Vella as he sold me my last vehicle. When I got to the dealership, I was warmly greeted and quickly directed me to the Outback's available as that was the vehicle of me my last vehicle. When I got to the dealership, I was warmly greeted and quickly directed me to the Outback's available as that was the vehicle of interest. The selection was great making it hard to choose one. Joe explained the various models to supplement my on-line research. He made sure I understood the differences and features. As I found during my first car-buying experience, Joe knows his product and makes one feel at ease. He is a consummate professional. My family and I have purchased several vehicles from Sommers and will continue as satisfied consumers. I would highly recommend Joe Vella and Sommer's Suburu/GMC/Buick. More

I met with Joe Vella a few weeks back with the intention of test driving a Subaru Crosstrek after doing much research on the vehicle (Thank you Melissa Bemis for answering all my questions). I was anxious of test driving a Subaru Crosstrek after doing much research on the vehicle (Thank you Melissa Bemis for answering all my questions). I was anxious about the whole car buying experience in addition to trading in from a Mini Cooper to a larger vehicle. Joe immediately made me feel welcome and lessened any anxiety I had. In addition, his sense of humor immediately made me feel comfortable. After test driving the Crosstrek, I pretty much made up my mind to go for it. Unfortunately, the options and color (Tangelo) I wanted were not available at the dealership, but Joe assured me he would find it, and find it he did! Joe really worked with me on the trade-in, purchase price etc. I left feeling very satisfied and excited. Took a little over a week, but Joe got me exactly the Crosstrek I was looking for. I've had it for a few days and am loving it!!! From the time I first shook hands with Joe to driving my new Crosstrek off the floor was an overall great experience. I cannot recommend Sommer's and Joe highly enough. Jeanne W. More

As a sales person for the leading Buick/GMC dealership in Milwaukee area, Joe is always looking for the best fit for you when looking for a vehicle. He does not over pressure or loose his patients with us. Joe spends time with you making sure that the car fits the client. He goes out of his way to make sure that you are happy with the decision you are making and vehicle you pick out. These are important qualities when trying to keep up with what is available in todays auto market. We would go back to Sommers and deal with Joe when we decide to purchase another vehicle. More

I went to Sommers to check out a Terrain and Joe immediately came up to ask if he could be of help. Joe made me feel very comfortable and took me for a test drive. He did not make me feel that I could only drive around the block but, instead, let me drive down the freeway for several miles. This was important to me because I have an extremely bad back and need more time in a vehicle before knowing if it will work for me or not because I drive a great distance to and from work everyday. Joe did not bug me but told me to think about what I wanted and to give him a call. He called the next day to see how my back was from the drive and to find out exactly what I was looking for in choosing the options I wanted. It took a few days and visits to a couple of other dealerships but was most impressed with everyone I encounterd at Sommers and really wanted to be able to work with Joe. Joe found the 2012 Terrain that I wanted, we worked out a decent deal and I picked up my car yesterday. My husband and I were both very impressed with Joe because he was both professional and personable. I look forward to my future experiences with Sommers. More

After getting the run around from a few local dealerships I ended up calling Sommer's GMC and spoke with Joe Vella. After telling him what I was looking for he had the exact truck I was looking for when I c I ended up calling Sommer's GMC and spoke with Joe Vella. There were a few bumps along the way but the way I was helped by Joe Vella, Mr Sommer, and the management staff, they have earned a repeat customer when it comes time to look for a replacement vehicle and have my recommendation to anyone that is looking to be treated right. More

My wife and I recently purchased a previously owned Subaru Forester. After 3 weeks, the battery died. I was able to jumpstart it and bring it in to the dealership. Despite the fact that my arrival to Subaru Forester. After 3 weeks, the battery died. I was able to jumpstart it and bring it in to the dealership. Despite the fact that my arrival to the service department was unscheduled, I was taken care of quickly and professionally. The battery was replaced at no charge, my car was washed and I was out the door. The staff was friendly and courteous. I appreciate everyone's attitude and look forward to my first "scheduled" service appointment More

I have to say, I LOVE my Suburu! When asked by my husband if I wanted to look at any other cars/dealerships for this new car (this is our 6th Suburu), I thought he was kidding!
