Josh competently handled the finance part. Nicole Miller did a great job of explaining the many features. We had lots of questions and she clearly answered them. She has a patient technique and was easy to follow. The next day my wife was not able to get Sirius started. Tara was fantastic. She troubleshot the problem quite competently.
