I was greeted by someone who parked my car and told me what information I would need. I forgot my phone, I asked him where he parked my car, he insisted on getting my phone for me. Once inside, check in was fast. They had great waiting lounge.It took a little bit longer than they anticipated, but they apologized and explained why. That had to be the best customer service I've ever had at a car dealership. More

I went to Reading Honda too replace dying battery…. called them, needed no appointment and I arrived at the dealer, they took my info, told me it would take about 45 minutes……waited in a comfortable are called them, needed no appointment and I arrived at the dealer, they took my info, told me it would take about 45 minutes……waited in a comfortable area and my car was completed in that time frame. Car is running fine now! No complications! Very satisfied customer! More
