Everyone was kind and very polite when dropping off my car and picking it up. The techs found a huge issue with my car that other places couldn’t find. Have always received good customer service from staff in the front where dropping off my car and registering. Staff have always been professional and polite! This past visit I had exceptional service from T the front where dropping off my car and registering. Staff have always been professional and polite! This past visit I had exceptional service from Theresa and Joe! Both of them took extra time with me to answer all my questions with knowledge and patience! (Very much appreciated!) Pleased with the service department as well. I needed a tire replaced asap and the gentleman I talked with had the tire ordered and replaced within 24 hours! ( I believe his name was Gary; forgive me if I have the name incorrect). The service department also did an oil change (unscheduled) as requested while I was there to avoid another servicing trip! The overall service I received this past visit was an example of why I would decide to continue to bring my business to Honda! More
