My appointment was with Joe Walker, who had been communicating with me via text prior to our meeting. Joe totally, and completely understood my situation and went above and beyond to find me a car that I was absolutely comfortable driving, and that was within my budget. I never once felt pressured or intimidated. He offered me several options and spent a good deal of time with me on test drives, and calculating figures. Not to mention that he also worked closely with the financial department to make sure he had touched all bases to find me the best possible deal. I could not be happier with my new Passat, and lower monthly payment. Joe truly helped me achieve the two reasons I was investigating a new car purchase. He and every other employee at this dealership were a pleasure to work with. More

I was pricing cars, for at least 2 months, and other dealers Joe was impressive - I am an internet buyer. He was definitely at the top of the "pile." I was pricing cars, for at least 2 months, and other dealers answered me and kept in contact as well. BUT, Joe held on and stayed with it. When I finally decided to at least look at the VW Passat, he was there! He truly never gave up. I thought that anyone with his persistence deserved to have a shot at my business! I am a Realtor (30 years) and know exactly how it is in sales. He was persistent...but not pushy. He was friendly, but not aggressive. He was VERY funny, and I love people with a sense of humor. Having been in the business a long time, he is able to discern what people are thinking, and/or wanting. He catered to that. That's because he actually "listens" rather than talks! (He answers in words of one syllable!) He really made it a good experience, and it was signed, sealed, and delivered very quickly! I went from not sure if I wanted a VW (I've owned two Toyota Prius cars for past 12 years) to buying the Passat! But, I went home from meeting him and being at Ganley and decided I would not even look at any other cars. So, I thank Joe Walker! There was also a financial person named Alana Snyder who was also very good. She made the financial experience enjoyable, if that can ever be believed when it comes to giving up your money!! She was sharp and knew what she was doing. More

Easy and Quick and I was on the road I was in search of a certified used VW Beetle Convertible and I was searching over most of Ohio to find the right one. I found the right on at Ganley I was in search of a certified used VW Beetle Convertible and I was searching over most of Ohio to find the right one. I found the right on at Ganley Volkswagen and I put in a request online to see the car. I live about 2 hrs south of Ganley Volkswagen and left my home before they were open that day. Joe gave me a call, not too long after they opened, and when I arrived the Beetle was sitting there ready for me to test drive. While I was test driving the Beetle they reviewed my trade. Once I was back we didn't have to do much to get my deal done. Joe was very knowledgeable about his product and made the transaction quick and easy. I spent a total of 2 1/2 hours at the dealership and was very pleased with the deal and how I was treated. Thanks Joe. More
