I have been with VW for 27+ years. I have done all facets of the job on the sales side( sales, internet manager, used car manager, new car managerand General sales manager). I have been at Ganley Bedford Imports for 17 years. I love the VW product. My family has owned or leased 20 VW's. My favorite VW of all time is the GTI model!!!! I have been married 20 years to my wife. I have 2 daughters and a English Bulldog named Lola( AKA Grolo, Lolacababacakes, bad girl). I was a 4 year letter winner for Hiram College Soccer and a 1997 graduate of Hiram College. In my spare time: I love to be with my family, play soccer, run, watch and listen to music. Great Experience I had a very positive experience working with Joe on my recent VW purchase. Joe was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely professional. He listened to my requests and located options that were in line with what I was looking for, not what he wanted to sell. Everyone was extremely nice, making the whole process stress free. Great service and communication I first came into Ganley VW Bedford on a busy week-night, less than a half hour before closing, but the staff was still very attentive (not something I first came into Ganley VW Bedford on a busy week-night, less than a half hour before closing, but the staff was still very attentive (not something I experienced at other dealers) and I was setup with my salesman, Joe Walker. I came in needing a price breakdown so that I could compare with other dealers, and walked out with exactly that. Joe was very informative, available for follow-up questions (this was an issue at other dealers), worked with me to offer a great deal, and provided regular updates on the delivery status of my new car. Great customer service overall from Joe and the rest of the staff at Ganley VW Bedford! More

Second VW from Ganley When my lease was up on my Subaru, I contacted Joe Walker about something different.
