I have been with VW for 27+ years. I have done all facets of the job on the sales side( sales, internet manager, used car manager, new car managerand General sales manager). I have been at Ganley Bedford Imports for 17 years. I love the VW product. My family has owned or leased 20 VW's. My favorite VW of all time is the GTI model!!!! I have been married 20 years to my wife. I have 2 daughters and a English Bulldog named Lola( AKA Grolo, Lolacababacakes, bad girl). I was a 4 year letter winner for Hiram College Soccer and a 1997 graduate of Hiram College. In my spare time: I love to be with my family, play soccer, run, watch and listen to music. This man gets the job done! I was referred to Joe by a friend and I am SO glad for the referral! He went on a hunt to get the exact Tiguan R-Line that I wanted. He walked me though everything I needed to know about the car and the process went smoothly. I have since referred people to him. Exactly the experience I was looking for!!! This wasn't the first time I had worked with Joe. Extremely knowledgeable of VW technology and features. 5 stars for Joe! This is my second VW lease from Joe Walker. Most people dread the entire process of turning in a lease and getting a new one. Not me! When you work This is my second VW lease from Joe Walker. Most people dread the entire process of turning in a lease and getting a new one. Not me! When you work with Joe everything will be seamless. He knows his cars, inventory, and he cares about his customers. Plus, he is a dog lover and a family man. He does everything in his power to make the process quick and painless. He always puts the customer first and realizes and values the importance of repeat business and word of mouth referrals. He is funny, caring and he listens. I have been with VW for over 15 years and plan to return to Joe for each and every lease with VW. I needed an accessory added to my Tiguan and he helped me with that process as well. Thanks Joe! More
