I have been with VW for 27+ years. I have done all facets of the job on the sales side( sales, internet manager, used car manager, new car managerand General sales manager). I have been at Ganley Bedford Imports for 17 years. I love the VW product. My family has owned or leased 20 VW's. My favorite VW of all time is the GTI model!!!! I have been married 20 years to my wife. I have 2 daughters and a English Bulldog named Lola( AKA Grolo, Lolacababacakes, bad girl). I was a 4 year letter winner for Hiram College Soccer and a 1997 graduate of Hiram College. In my spare time: I love to be with my family, play soccer, run, watch and listen to music. Not your Average Joe! Joe was great to work with, very knowledgeable on various VW vehicles. Joe was very accommodating, working on our timeline. I love my VW! Excellent experience I had an excellent experience with Joe Walker. I wrote back and forth with him on e-mail to find a diesel Passat that matched what I was looking for. He did a great job helping me find the exact car I wanted and taking me for test drives. Joe was also good at answering several technical questions I had about the car. I would recommend him to any friend interested in a Volkswagen. More

Helpful and easy to deal with, gave me a great deal! Worked with Joe Walker at Ganley VW of Bedford. He was so prepared after asking me what I wanted and had everything ready to go so I just came in and Worked with Joe Walker at Ganley VW of Bedford. He was so prepared after asking me what I wanted and had everything ready to go so I just came in and signed the paper work. He responded immediately, answered all of my questions, gave me a great deal and helped set up my car all with in about an hour. So efficient and easy/friendly to work with! Overall a great experience! Highly recommend him! More

Joe Walker took great care of us! We stopped in already knowing we were looking to get a Passat and take advantage of the year end 0% financing offer. Pete (Service Manager) introduced We stopped in already knowing we were looking to get a Passat and take advantage of the year end 0% financing offer. Pete (Service Manager) introduced to Joe and he took excellent care of us. He let us test drive all the different models/engines and was never pushing the sale. He stayed in constant contact with us as we considered the options and sourced the car we wanted from another dealership as they didn't have in stock. We purchased a 2014 Passat TSI SEL and love the car as well as the service we received from Joe. We definitely recommend to speak with him to help with your purchase. More
