Joe even talked to my 9 year old son about the World Cup so he wouldn't be bored while I worked with finance. He thoroughly went over all the features of the Jetta. Joe followed up with me a week or two later to find out how I liked the Jetta and later sent me a reminder for the 30 day inspection.
