Excellent! I went to Kia Gossett South for a while and Southaven is much better and I will be coming back here again! Fantastic customer service! My van oil change was going to take longer than expected so the had a driver take me home and even offered to bring me back! More

Had my car towed from Oxford bc the alternator was bad. Joe kept me up to date in the status of my car regularly and got the repair taken care of along with several recalls on my vehicle.
