It has always been my goal to give a different experience than your typical finance transaction. I really do ask myself what kind of experience would I want if I was buying a car. I would want low pressure, informative, fun, and above helpful. Yes my job is to sell protection but in my experience warranties usually pay for themselves after one use now that the cost of parts and labor is so high. I consider myself a true professional in the industry and work hard everyday to help not only customers but my teammates as well. That type of mentality comes from the very top and I think most people know that Henry and Mimi actually believe in taking care of the customer always and doing what is right always.
