Best experience I have ever had! I have purchased many, many new vehicles in my lifetime and have never had such a great experience as I did last week with Kenny Ross. Joe Woleslagl I have purchased many, many new vehicles in my lifetime and have never had such a great experience as I did last week with Kenny Ross. Joe Woleslagle was very helpful in guiding me through the process of selecting the vehicle I wanted and always put me as the customer first . He has excellent customer service skills. He was honest and reliable an always timely in getting the answers I needed. Usually when buying a new car in my experiences , there is always a 'surprise' when finalizing the deal. Something that was not revealed that either cost me more money or I wasn't happy about. There was none of that this time. Honest straightforward, caring is what provides excellent customer service and that is what I got. Joe has followed up with me many times in the past week too see if I have had any issues or questions about my new car. That goes a long way. Mitch Ritter made finalizing the deal painless . his knowledge of the vehicle features was superior and he had so much patience in showing me how to use the new features in my vehicle. Granted...buying a convertible in mid January...plus a car that has been on the lot for over 7 months didn't hurt... The entire process was easy and the price negotiation was a breeze. Christine in finance was great as well. I told her I didn't want any add-ons and that was that. She understood my buying pattern and didn't waste her time or my time trying to push an add-on. This is the second vehicle I purchased from Kenny Ross...likely not my last and that's the best compliment I can give. More

Once I arrived, the process was quick and I didn't feel pressured to add a bunch of accessories or additional warranties. They kept true to their quote and they also delivered my leased vehicle to the dealer most convenient to me. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone. More

We purchased a Mazda CX-3 AWD that will be mainly used by our 2 daughters...1 college age & 1 in high school. Since they were not able to be with us during the purchase Joe agreed the next day to explain all the features of the new vehicle to them and answer any questions they may have had. This is our 2nd Vehicle purchased from Kenny Ross Mazda. The other is a Mazda CX-9 and a big reason for returning was the same treatment and value we received the first time. We are very happy with our purchase ans highly recommend this dealership and its staff. More
