Great service by saleperson. I was shopping around to see what the value was on my current Mazda at the time to see if trading in would be worth it. I test drove a couple models and received a trade in value. I was given a higher trade-in value than other dealers and the numbers for the loan were good. I was really focused on not getting into a high car payment. Joe the salesperson was not pushy, but would check in with me every few days. I told him my dilemma about two car payments and had to discuss further with my husband. He was extremely patient even if I called him several times in a day with questions I forgot to ask or get more information on the kind of car I was interested in. He was able to help me figure out a way to pay off the one vehicle and still keep my payments within a range that I was already paying for my other vehicle. This was fantastic because I didn't want to wait too long to trade in my car as it was already 8 years old and I didn't want the value to drop while I payed off my other vehicle. I also couldn't afford two payments. More

After corresponding by email to determine an agreed upon price (they would not be beat by any other dealer) I went in to see the car. I was not pressured to sign right then, but I gave Joe my information so when I decided the final signing process would be easy and quick. 2 days later I said yes and when we went to sign the whole process took around an hour. Afterwards Joe (our salesman) stayed past his working hours to help my wife and I sync our phones and show us all of the features of our new car. I almost went with another dealer but this kenny ross dealership would not be beat on price and the extras they offered put me over the top. Overall a very good experience. More

We shopped at several dealers looking to get what we felt was a fair deal for a CX5 equipped the way we wanted it. We were able to find the vehicle we liked at Kenny Ross. We felt the trade-in and out-the-door price was fair and in line with what we had researched on our own. Our salesperson was exceptional. He was very patient with us, as we are very thorough in a our buying process. We wanted to make sure everything was just right, and we understood everything about the vehicle and the deal we were getting. He even came in early just to accommodate our schedule after we had made our decision. After we purchased the vehicle, it was not quite ready for delivery, and they even bought us lunch! All in all a great experience, i would highly recommend Kenny Ross Mazda as a dealer. More

Always dreaded buying cars because of the pushy salespeople but not there. Also the general manager was most welcoming and tried to speed up the process as much as possible. Also the young woman who did our paperwork explained everything in detail which was particularly helpful as this was our first time leasing! The new Subaru facility where we checked out is an awesome place to sit and wait as things are processing. My daughter had the same experience at Kenny Ross Subaru back in February which led us to decide to make this purchase at their establishment also!!! More
