Rudie answered all my emails very promptly and was attentive without being pushy. He is just the right blend of competent professional, with the caring, personal touch. He knew the vehicle, the process, and anticipated what I needed to know to make my final decision- Mazda Touring CX-5. He made everything so easy! I never felt like I was just a $, or felt rushed or pressured. No fast talking, mumbo jumbo! I was also amazed at the number of really good extended warranties, and various service packages available. Friendly Samantha- very well informed- helped me with those. They had easily understood answers, to all my questions (even the dumb ones !) and some I didn't think to ask! It is easy to get lost in the "numbers/$ " when considering a car. But when you find a dealer that has good prices AND good people, that where you can be confident that you are at the right place! Great deal and great folks! More

Not only was our driver extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, we were so happy with the car we went right up to Kemmy Ross and bought it.
