Happy with car not the Experience We had an 1:00 appointment with Joe, got there at 12:15 - 12:30. Didn't get out of there til 6:00. We sat and waited most of that time unattended. Joe took care of other customers, some of which were there after us and left before us. We had made our decision and given him the key and carfax for the one we wanted about 2:30 - 3:00. We only saw him to sign papers (in a hurry), he didn't take any other time for us. Tabatha came over to get us and finished things up, because she new we had been there a long time. I had also told him (thursday or friday when I made the appointment) there were other cars we wanted to see. He said they were not avalible. When my daughter went to look around she found one of them. They are both still on website. My daughter also had other customers asking what was taking so long. More
