Totally unresponsive Overall I believe the dealership is good to work with. In 2014 I purchased an Elantra GT Hatchback which was traded in during May 2019, We are now l Overall I believe the dealership is good to work with. In 2014 I purchased an Elantra GT Hatchback which was traded in during May 2019, We are now leasing two Kona Limited that are great. Crestmont did a great job of securing the colors we were looking for and was in general very responsive to our needs. Unfortunately we had a few problems during the pick up our the two Konas, which I had to spend a couple of hours trying to resolve on my own relating to the Blue Link set up on the cars. Although the issue was quite frustrating to resolve, we were also disappointed when we reached out to Ken Harris. We reached out to Ken via email and also via a text message on the dealership website that we may need some additional help in resolve the Blue Link set up issues we were experiencing. I also relayed some frustration on the 2-3 hours we spent on our own working with Blue Link to resolve, which could have been avoided by the vehicles being set up properly when the cars were first picked up. Ken did not respond to either inquiry. We heard absolutely no response which is very disappointing. Joe Yun, who was our salesman, helped in the ultimate resolution of the issue. Yet it would have been nice to hear some level of support from the sales manager relating to the issue we were having and the 3 1/2 hours spent at the dealership the day the vehicles were picked up. Suggest an increased focus on the customer, who will drive repeat business to the dealership (including referrals). If timely and responsive follow up is not a focus of the sales manager, then customers can always take their business elsewhere. Although I am not sure which sales manager was onsite the day we picked up the vehicles, we were also surprised that no one else besides Joe Yun apologized (took 3 1/2 hours to pick up cars) or even thanked us for buying two vehicles from their dealership. In my 40 years of buying vehicles from multiple dealerships I have never experienced this lack of focus on the customer before. Thankfully Joe Yun was supportive in the process. He is an asset to the dealership. More
