My experience with Joe Zucchero was of the best I have had. Joe knows his Jeep Wranglers and could talk at my level. It was a pleasure working with him. My All Star Experience - from First contact to keys in hand I recently purchased a 2015 Grand Cherokee from All Star. Joe Zucchero was the key player making the deal happen. Joe contacted me and knew based on 'true car' what I was looking for. He asked appropriate questions, immediately searched for what I wanted. He never tried to upsale me, nor try to push me in a direction I didn't want to go. He was straightforward. After narrowing the decision down to 2 dealers, Joe knew just how to 'sweeten' the deal. After a couple hiccups on date of sale, cleared up by Scott, all went well. Joe was unavailable by the time the Jeep was ready (he was there all day getting the Jeep from Illinois and cleaned up). Tex stepped right in and finished up by giving me the grand tour of all the mechanical features. Thanks again to all at All Star, especially Joe, Tex, and Scott Hamilton. I look forward to years of good relations. More
