Took vehicle in for service. Wanted to fix driver's side axle, and check brakes. Said brakes were fine but have an oil leak from oil pan gasket. Fixed the axle and oil pan leak. Wanted to fix driver's side axle, and check brakes. Said brakes were fine but have an oil leak from oil pan gasket. Fixed the axle and oil pan leak. A couple of days later, we had rain and brakes were grinding. Will take it back later after getting some more money for this fix. Service was quick, but still costed a bunch of money. More

I took my truck in for an oil change and ended up spending over a grand on all the extras like filters etc which isn’t really the purpose of this…while my truck was being serviced they cracked my fro spending over a grand on all the extras like filters etc which isn’t really the purpose of this…while my truck was being serviced they cracked my front windshield and tried to say that they didn’t. The worst part was they negated to take pics when I dropped it off and tried to back out of fixing it. The service manager pointed out other dings and tried saying the damage was already there. It took going over her head to get it fixed. Was not impressed. They ultimately took care of it, but not without a great deal of heartache. More

Claimed they couldn’t work on my Jeep trans because they are not a Jeep dealer, funny because it says Jeep right on their service door, should have told me that when I dropped it off and I would have took i are not a Jeep dealer, funny because it says Jeep right on their service door, should have told me that when I dropped it off and I would have took it somewhere else. Wasted $331 for an update on a transmission they claimed they couldn’t work on, still doing the same thing. Total waste of my time and money. More
