Gonzo is probably one of the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. This was our second car purchase at this location. The first experience was good…which was why we went back. But this second purchase was phenomenal. This is coming from a person who always leaves four stars when something is good. I’ve never experienced such kindness, and warmth from a sales team. We interacted with four different people, Matt, Ashlee, Joel (Gonzo), and TK. Ive purchased four cars in my life. That’s not a lot, but it’s enough to know, how buying a car works. My opinion is, it’s a long grueling process that you kind of dread doing. It takes a long time, you’re not sure if you can trust who you’re working with and it’s just not fun. With the four people listed above. I can say it was honestly pleasant and delightful. We will be purchasing more cars from Gonzo and Sands Kia, and we will be telling our friends and family to purchase here as well. We’ll also be telling anyone who wants to save money on insurance to go talk to Ashlee. You four did a great job, thank you for your kindness and making this experience the best. More
