Very nice and professional salesperson. Great selection! Patient with us which we appreciated. Overall very good We already was preapproved with the credit union. The reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because the finance person was sure she could get us a better score by pulling out credit again but couldn’t and when she did made a comment that was embarrassing to my spouse. If not for that I would have gave 5 stars! More

This dealership and all of their employees have been the best I’ve seen. I have been treated with nothing but respect from the moment I reached out to purchase a truck. It was refreshing to have Joel as m best I’ve seen. I have been treated with nothing but respect from the moment I reached out to purchase a truck. It was refreshing to have Joel as my salesman. He made sure to not be pushy and provided me with a lot of knowledge about the truck, CPO benefit, and dealership benefits. He also stayed late to walk me through all the features of the truck and assist me with signing up for OnStar. Jen from finance did an amazing job at answering all my questions and explaining everything along the way. I also greatly appreciate that there is a requirement that all vehicles sold will have 2 keys. I’m also looking forward to the offer where the store picks up the truck for scheduled maintenance and then returns it to my house. Over all awesome experience and I will definitely be coming back here in the future. More

Overall great experience, relaxed atmosphere, not a lot of sales pressure, good selection of vehicles, very personable sales team. My original salesperson was busy assisting another couple, so he immediate of sales pressure, good selection of vehicles, very personable sales team. My original salesperson was busy assisting another couple, so he immediately had another salesperson step in to assist which I greatly appreciated. I did have a longer than expected wait in the line for the financing but once there the financing went fairly quickly and there was a suitable lounge area for the wife and son to relax during the process.
