I was doing a collateral replacement on my loan and long story short my insurance company made repeated mistakes and then we couldn’t find anyone at GM that really knew what they were doing. Mike is an exceptional person and they held the car I wanted for over a month and made sure I walked out the door not having to pay a cent out of pocket!!!Thank you Mike at Emich Chevrolet for being so patient and helping me every step of the way!!You guys rock and I will definitely recommend you to everyone that wants to buy a car!!!
