I had a wonderful experience with Roush Honda. I never felt pressured or rushed. Communication was clear and there were no surprises in the end. Joel Skaggs did a fantastic job. Honest and seamless process. We thought our finance guy did a wonderful job as well. They did their jobs which is to sell cars and make money for the company but gave u process. We thought our finance guy did a wonderful job as well. This purchase has been one of the easiest new car transactions I have ever been a part of, even thought I had to order the vehicle from the factory, I was kept informed and when the time came to pick transactions I have ever been a part of, even thought I had to order the vehicle from the factory, I was kept informed and when the time came to pick up the Ridgeline I purchased, it was just a matter of visiting the dealership and taking care the paperwork and I was on my way.
