Joel was helpful and accommodating. He helped me to understand the new safety features and when the car arrived showed me how to use them, Buying the car was very easy taking less than one hour to mak understand the new safety features and when the car arrived showed me how to use them, Buying the car was very easy taking less than one hour to make a deal for the car. First let me say this. I loathe shopping for a new car. I would rather go for a root canal. So I have to tell you about the people that may have changed all that for good. I just bought a new Pilot from I would rather go for a root canal. So I have to tell you about the people that may have changed all that for good. I just bought a new Pilot from Roush and I have never had a better experience shopping for and buying a new car! Joel Skaggs greeted us at the front door and from beginning to end through about a week long period he made buying our new Pilot fun. Not once did we ever feel pressured. Not once did we ever feel like we were being “sold”. He was extremely patient with us and patiently answered all of our questions with the utmost integrity. Then when we were doing the paperwork he turned us over to our hometown guy Kyln Mitchell. He picked up right where Joel left off patiently explaining all of our options with financing, warranties, and service. I’ve never had a better experience buying a car! Thank you guys for your help and for making what has been a grueling process in the past a whole lot more enjoyable! More
