Unfortunately, my recent attempt to get into a new vehicle with Joeluis was plain and simple a mess. From the start, it was obvious he had zero interest in working out a deal. Multiple calls and texts went completely ignored, and when he finally replied, his responses were as short as possible. A word of advice: if a customer gives you a clear monthly budget, actually work with them and suggest vehicles that fit, don't just blow them off. You’re not that busy, and providing basic options is literally the job. Rockland as a whole is still fantastic, but it’s a real shame this one bad egg ruined a great long-term relationship. More
