Id like to preface this by saying Brendan and Kevin were excellent and we had no issue with them and their service, but Maria Capello on the other hand should not be in charge of customer service period. Upon arriving to pickup my vehicle Maria asked me to step out side the facility to challenge and confront me quite agressively for not giving her the "opportunity" to look into the issue we had before I left a honest negative review. My 2024 chrysler pacifica was at rockland chrysler three seperate times for a recall related issue. They repaired the rear air bag system and forgot to install the rear seat belt. We did not drive the vehicle for a few days after picking it up and a few days later we went to use the vehicle to pickup a car pool of kids, at that point we realized that the rear passenger side seat belt was not installed and this caused a major issue for us. We could not buckle one of our boys into the car. We had to call someone to help us and we missed after school activities because of this. We also had to yet again bring the car back to rockland chrysler. This is when Maria decided it would be a good time to berate me about the bad rating I gave them. No where did she apologize to me. Further more the reason we gave them a negative rating initially on our first visit was because the service advisor Don said that we needed front and rear brakes immediately in our van which had just hit 30k miles. I found this very suspicious and declined the brake job and brought the vehicle to our trusted local shop who we have used for 10 years for brakes , tires and oil changes. They put the vehicle on the lift and removed the tires and inspected the brakes. They found that the vehicle did NOT need brakes. In fact it had more than half pad and rotor life left. Rockland Chrysler clearly wanted to sell me brakes and blatantly lied to me then returned a un safe vehicle to us. When i brought this to Marias attention she argued with me , admitted no fault , no apology , and stated that their specs were different from other service centers. That was her "opportunity" to make right some how and instead she said it was basically my word against theirs and was still carried on about the poor rating I gave them and questioned me why I would even bother coming back there. Rockland Chrysler is our local dealer, We have purchased several vehicles from rockland Chrysler and I dont have an issue with the sales department, but Maria Capello has much to learn about customer service and we plan to speak with corporate about this entire fiasco and some other issues we have had with the service department last year including then scratching our 2017 grand caravan we had in for service, and some other questionable things. I am an honest person and have done no wrong here and I left feeling totally disrespected and mis treated. More

They messed up my first oil change. Too much oil , dashboard idiot light came on. "excessive oil" see dealer immediately. I purchased my truck there, they knew my VIN # , however had to waste a visit there so they could order my part. they said they would call me when my part was in. No one ever called. After about 3 months plus I inquired "where is my part"? they gave me the same xx about the part being specific to my truck and brushed me off. The next day I got an E mail telling me my part was in.......what a miracle. Doesn't seem like they care at all More

This store location has been the worst experience I’ve ever encountered with a business as a whole. Vehicles are very expensive and considered special to their owners. The management, especially in the Service Dept. causes unnecessary delays & unnecessary repair work to mark up pricing and does not know anything about car engines which explains why my experience consisted of delayed communication, unanswered questions and timelines, my car that I pay for monthly that I couldn’t drive, wasn’t offered a loaner or any real customer care for three months. Not one repair was made after this nuisance of a staff. Not only did this store location help me get into a financial bind but also caused much emotional distress. I wish I never trusted a Jeep Certified Dealership. They are disgusting business associates and innocent consumers should be warned to stay away. Again, this has been a heartfelt experience in the worst way. Shame on you. More

Horrible service. I heard the service department wasn’t good. I tried to give them a fair shot. But with my experience I will not be returning. My Jeep sat for over a I heard the service department wasn’t good. I tried to give them a fair shot. But with my experience I will not be returning. My Jeep sat for over a month waiting on a piece. My advisor would not give me any updates on my vehicle unless I called in to find out. They kept giving me the runaround and I was over it. Please avoid this Dealership for service and advisors. More
