We would like to address your review as we take concerns like this seriously. We carefully reviewed the repair history, technician notes, and the service performed on your vehicle. Your vehicle was brought to our service department with a drivability concern, and a full diagnostic finding by our certified technicians. Based on the diagnostic readings obtained at that time, the batteries were not maintaining proper voltage and replacement was required to address the concern. Our recommendations were made solely from the test results produced during diagnosis and in accordance with standard service procedures. With respect to the batteries returned to you, they were returned to you in the same condition in which they were removed from the vehicle. No damage by our facility was noted during removal, replacement, or final inspection. Battery removal and installation are routine procedures performed using manufacturer guidelines, and any visible condition present on the removed batteries reflected their condition at the time your vehicle arrived . Battery cases, terminals, and related components can show cracking, wear, corrosion, or damage due to age, prior handling, previous installation, or existing deterioration. There was no evidence during your service indicating that any damage occurred while your vehicle was in our care. We also want to clarify that all charges were based on completed diagnostic work and repairs authorized in connection with the findings at the time of service. Our team remains committed to transparency and accurate repair recommendations, and all work performed is documented through our repair process. While we understand your dissatisfaction, the facts documented during your visit do not support the conclusion that the dealership caused damage to the batteries. Your response is full of false hoods, Fact the batteries were NOT returned in the same condition as received. My mechanic who is a family friend that we been going to for the last 25 years or so. I was with him when the batteries were installed. When the car was brought into Rockland Jeep the batteries may have been 2 weeks old or so with NO damage. Rocklands call to us saying the batteries were only getting a 34% reading and needed new batteries was a surprise to say the least. You were told the batteries were new and did not mention that there was any damage which would have been very obvious when asked. In fact when I asked you to come out and look at the batteries you refused (great costumer service). Its very SUSPICIOUS with the batteries returned damaged that my mechanic wasn't able to test the voltage to confirm your findings. The only facts you have documented are false facts. Something happened to the batteries while in your care. Whether someone doesn't want to admit it or not is another story. Once again, I have the batteries in my possession and if you want to see them, I'll gladly stop by. Then you can tell me why we weren't told about the damage which was very obvious. We weren't told about the damage because there was no damage.

We would like to clarify what occurred during your recent visit, as your review does not accurately reflect the events at our service center. During your visit, our service advisor explained that our system did not reflect an additional active oil change contract and advised that prepaid service contracts do have expiration terms. In an effort to assist you, the advisor offered a complimentary oil change. You declined and abruptly left the service center. You returned the following day with documentation dated from your original purchase in 2022 regarding the oil change contract. Before our team had the opportunity to fully investigate and resolve the matter, the interaction became increasingly confrontational. Despite our staff’s continued efforts to explain the documentation and assist you, the behavior directed toward our team was unacceptable and disruptive to the service environment. Our service department is committed to providing professional, respectful service and will not tolerate abusive conduct toward our employees. That said, we did conduct a full review of the situation and determined that a clerical error from 2022 prevented the contract information from being properly updated in our system. We will, of course, honor the services you purchased and remain committed to fulfilling our obligations.
