Joey C the service advisor was a horrible service advisor. The type of person that if you dont stand your ground will make you take multiple trips back to the shop. I had a problem and before going to the dealership i reaserched and was very confident ford had a sercice bulletin already in place. Well he told me what he thought i should do(spend money on a nonsence device for my 3k mile truck) with out even wanting to get it checked by the professionals. Wanted to dismiss me right away. When i told him i really wanted to get it diagnosed he gave the “warranty wont cover that and ill have to charge you” speech assuming i would want to. Why judge and assume. Truck was there and fixed under warranty. My second issue was supposed to get a call back Monday, it has been a week and still nothing. More
