It was CARLOS that I felt the most appreciative for. My car keys were misplaced when I asked for a carwash before pick up and inadvertently left in another customer's car. That created a huge fiasco resulting in a nearly three-hour delay from when I tried to pick my car up after service and I actually got in my car, with my own keys and went home. CARLOS was gracious enough to assist me with transportation both to my home to pick up a spare car fob and ultimately to meet with the person who had my original keys. He made a VERY unpleasant situation pleasant. I found his demeanor both calming and considerate. And, I might add - I never did get a carwash. More
